Braden Power along with his brother started Power Properties in 1990. Their goal was to rehabilitate building throuhgout the run down sections of downtown dallas, Texas. Braden Power quickly learned he had a knack for creating ultra hip, urban living spaces that appealed to yound, single professionals looking to move int the area.
He took great care in designing his buildings. Braden Power's signiture design style included tropical garden settings and other original design elements. Since he was rennovating and not building structures from the ground up, Braden Powers was able to provide his tenants with high quality, trendy living spaces in the heart of downtown Dallas for reasonable rent.
